I used to work for the regional office group 51. I was in Loss Control and not in upper management. I can't believe some of the awful things people are writing about her. I've worked with her, had lunches with her and I have "house sat" for her while her and husband were on vacation. Soon after I left ERAC she had her twins (a true blessing for her). She has been with ERAC for a long time and I believe that when she started working with ERAC the business' culture was a boys club (has it changed?). She succeeded in that club and deserves respect for her work.

I liked Mindy and I respect her.
