The top ten you would have needed to stay away from have already been fired or left. Guys like Charron, Clavette, Leeming, Boese, CK, HY, CT, etc.

The guys and girls in C1 now are for the most part pretty harmless. Teamwork is the name of the game, we live and die by it!

That teamwork seems to be working wonders seeing as you haven't won shit since the powerhouse that broke the company record for consecutive EEAs was in place.

Maybe so dumbass but if you look back at the numbers, OP, growth, retention and esqi were all well above corporate average for several consecutive years. Do your homework.

Flip is not OP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You win awards for OP, hence all the awards back then. Not once did we win an award as Branch Managers for flip dollars. C1 is in trouble because you guys cant generate profit....who cares where the flip is gone. Concentrate on making money at rental!! Try pulling a $237+ per car OP in February with only 28 days....no thats a challenge, but it was done 2 years in a row in my branch.

As much as I agree that OP was much better back in the heydays of C1, you are wrong that flip has nothing to do with EAA's. They use NET PROFIT to determine the awards.
