| O.P is higher now than it has been in years. Too bad "powerhouse" 2 posts ago didn't pay attention in Orlando, gotta have the flip too smart guy. $237/car, you're such an amazing manager, what will Enterprise ever do now that you're gone?? The truth is, it doesn't matter who leaves and who stays, Enterprise will ALWAYS make money. If the "powerhouse" was so good, why are they all gone? |

| If you had better flip you think you would win an exceptional acheivement award? You are not exceprtional in the words of Snelly. Fleet Growth is Shit over the past few years. There is no significant on rent record. Well done. |

Well said. What you need to do is improve your avg. daily rate, occupancy, and minimize stupid things like uninsured losses and bad debt etc. Why worry about flip....it is completely out of your control as a branch manager. Exceptional achievement awards even as little as 5 yrs ago where given out for being better than company avg. Get the fleet growth and OP numbers like the "powerhouses" (lol) and that'll get you the awards. So people who belly ache about flip, are the ones that rely on it to have good net numbers. Manage your branch better and not only will you get paid more, but the recognition will come too. I dont see to many branch managers taking their branches well beyond what they were performing at when they enherited them. Back then, if you could not increase all aspects of branch operations when promoted to a certain branch, you were outted! I remember being a member of the Guelph team when Nelson Cymbron took over. He did amazing things at C120 Cambridge and brought a lot of insight to Guelph. We turned that branch around within 4 months. I think we won 3 fleet growth awards and 4 profitablility awards in consecutive years. Making money under him was one of the easiest things....top branch in all of C1 for many months. I still think he was the only employee to ever go to DUB dinner 38 months in a row. |

| You make it sound like business was knocking at the doorstep each morning.....it is the same today as it was then, effective marketing and not just donut drops. There is tonnes of business out there even today. The market is certainly not tapped out. Go find it! |

| Is that you Mindy? |
| |||
| No, I am not Mindy. You clearly don't know Mindy too well to conclude that my statement about ceilings would be Mindy's logic. As far as she's concerned, there are no ceilings, which isn't true. |
