Shake Up In C1 !!!

The funny thing about the Buttman is just how much the brass thinks he's so special. They must know that his dub numbers are impossibly high, but they hold him up as example to all. That certainly says something about the ole firm!

The funny thing is one of the core values is honesty and intergrity. And there are a lot of managers and Level 3's that are missing it. Lets start with Snelly, HY, SV & the Butt. These four are a joke when it comes to honesty and personal integrity.

If nothing else, it is just really sad to see all these self felating whores of the industry hump each other in the eye for the sake of a buck. "There is no pride in rental" There's a phrase that makes me sick to my stomach.

It's not who you know, it's who you blow. They're the ones who will help you cover up stuff like DUI's and SUV write offs.

That "it's who you blow" comment is so true. I have seen a lot of cover-ups in my time. Things you wouldn't even believe. As long as you are making money upper management will do anything to keep you. Why wouldn't they. If you were a city manager and had a manager making killer profit do you really care how they are doing it. As long as you can not be tied to any of their unethical behavior why question it. However once you upset too many people or word gets to loss control you're done. Come on I'm sure you can think of a few people who were fired/quit in the past 2 years for this kind of thing???

I remember going to one of Buttonhole's dub seminar nites and thinking, "Just look at this fucking goofball! How can someone who looks and acts like that sell dub to anyone with half a brain!" He must have cooked the books to get numbers like that, because his seminars contained no precious kernels of secret dub selling knowledge.

its funny to start a see now how many people are truly unhappy in C1. I can bet there will be probably another 2 managers that leave with in the next couple months and maybe another 3-4 people on top of that. There is no OP in C1 right now and very little flip. I know there were branch managers that barely made $40,000 last year. For the shit that they do and put up with (snelly)I dont blame them for leaving.
