Strange, not really at all, he’s just extremely driven to succeed, to some underachievers that may seem strange. Hell….., I’m a manger for the competition, and I still can't fault Tim. I also don’t see the need to hide on this board, even if I still worked there. People love to attack or judge and hide behind an anonymous screen name…. Pussy’s! Shawn T – X C101-C108 |

Shawner, It's not so much the "need to hide", but rather the subtleness of engaging in conversation while not being pre judged. People form opinions on employees based on their current status / situation with the company. And people say a lot of things about ex Ecars employees when they are out... "He couldn't cut it." "She was stealing." "The writing was on the wall." Or even better than all this is the veil of silence, often left to the speculation of employees whilst no real answer is given at all. Your man from C108 got served his papers one or two months ago. He was stupefied, and so was everyone around him... Although the validity of an argument is better when you back it up with a name / title, I don't think it's fair to label the anonymous as "pussies", turd burglars, or rim ticklers. If you're on here venting, or just have a piece to say, by all means. If you really want to get into it with one individual, or start pointing fingers, then grow a set and tell 'em who you are. Shawn, I've shaken your hand, and we've had amicable words in the past. I respect your position, but am gonna keep my handle to myself because I'm back at work tomorrow. I'm gonna finish enjoying my Easter choicer, and worry about ruining a nice suit and shoes tomorrow. Sincerely, R |

Very good point! Drop me a PM, if our words were amicable, and the hand shake solid, I would like to know who you are. I admit since departing the great E, I somtimes do forget the power of the cult, and I was not labelling all those Unregistered posters as pussys. Just the ones that can bash fellow co-workers and then lurk in the shadows online. I do miss all the great people, and friends in C1, keep your heads up guys... ST@C1 |

I agree. There are some good ones out there in C1. The problem stems from having your own ideas and initiatives. If you can toe the line and play ball they way they want, you are a controlable source of income that helps the bottom line. If you seek to add originality, innovation, and creativity, you may as well take a hike. I don't care for how so many good folk, with University degrees, can compromise their personal integrity and values for the sake of a buck. A University degree is testament to an individual's ability to learn and process information. Ecars is an excercise in system execution - you learn how to perform, but are discouraged from thinking critically. Press on my little worker ants! You, the proletariat, must rise up and take back the day! |
