Who is running the show out there as far as ARM goes? How can you possibly fail renting cars anywhere? That's the real question.

you can fail when you have employees not worthy of the title of MA who have now become managers and are trying to motivate and organize a team, and they don't have the basics of fleet planning or how to make money down. All the good managers in C14 have quit, gone to admin or been fired. Good luck C14 and J.S!

It's a clown show, cause JS is a clown. Everyone quit and no one wants to work thier. Can someone tell me how a guy no one has ever heard of gets Branch Manager--BF. Who the hell is he? and why is anyone shocked by thier ESQI.
Give a man with MT talent/skill/knowledge a 175 car branch and watch it burn to the ground!!

the turnaround in windsor is so high....you get hired because they simply sucker you in and tell you how great it is washing cars, and driving people around. Everyone quits because there is never enough staff in the branches so you're constantly driving around all day...so how the hell can anyone get promoted??? seems like the only way to get promoted there is when somebody quits or gets fired...or suck up to the manager...windsor is such a cut throat area to work for...all the customers that go there are dirt

J.S. needs to go. He is the first problem! He has conditioned all the accounts (well the few they still have) to cry like babies and then he gives them what ever they want. It makes it really uncomfortable for C14 employees to have relationships with accounts when no matter what you do or say it doesn't matter they just wine to J.S. Personally I think he is on the way out the door. Seriously, what other area manager has branches taken away from them! They took away C113 which is small, however always made money, as well at C117 which has always been one of the most profitable branches in C1. Read between the lines C199 is trying to push him to quit! He is just too stupid and blindly patriotic to the company to see it. With the new managers he has in there now all his numbers are going to fall, and we all know it takes a year to cycle around again. Should be a pretty easy case to fire him for underperforming. Ironic....He fired W.M. for underperforming, and now he is being set up for the same fate.
