What the hell is wrong with this city group???

you would have thought it got better after they came to their senses and merged the city of Hamilton back to one city group and got rid of heffer young. But corrina has given too much control to snelly and there is way to many old shitty deals from HY to work out still. Plus you have unqualified incompetent managers running branches and even less competent MTs and AMs working with them. Hell when Buttons is running one of the Flagship branches in C1 you know you are in trouble. He was turned down 5 times in AM interviews because of his lack of communication skills and because he is void of personality.

What is the story here? HY is gone, Corrina has got the gig? Where is Buttons? I'm sure his dub sales would certainly save us all, the guy is a powerhouse... Yeah right! That is so hilarious, I am one of those that helped to build C13 to the power house it used to be, glad I got off the elevator before it started going down. I knew Mindy was to hot to be true! Long live CK and his merry band of steel pushers, dub sellers and beer drinkers! Snelly, take note, the mentor whose throat you slit, now that cat could really create culture, not many people I know who wouldn't jump in front of a bus for CK. I can't count the amount that would love to throw you in front of one! Love the culture you've created there folks, I hear C13 is third in the city when it comes to rental. Wait til the newest in car rentals comes out --- Carstar Car Rental, you didn't think it would last forever, Ck's the only reason you were in there in the first place. I would not be so quick to throw Snelly under the bus for the mess in C13 - the huge turnover seems to be isolated to this one city group and the blame lies with the area manager. No leadership, no visibility, spends more time at home than in offices, blames everything (including massive turnover) on individual managers and makes us feel as though we are wrong and it was our fault.......so far managers have been spared, but how long until they too start to leave - there is only so much bullshit and stress that can be taken before they crack. Without change soon, all may be lost in C13 as more may fall victim to absentee management from above.

yeah but that all starts at the top. your city manager is above you so you blame her, but mindy rolls out the blaming of turn over on the managers, relays that to snelly who adds his rage and stupidity too it, who then rolls it to your city manager who blames you. we have to wake the problem is at the top and until things change, all our lives suck! and when there is no leadership to look up too (who mindy or craig? get serious) The city mangers have no leadership either.
