Its been a while for me, but are all the guys on this list no-longer employed at ERAC? SURELY SOME OF THEM MUST STILL WORK THERE

That's alot of top notch guys there, not many of the losers they've got employed today can come close to the numbers those guys put up, take a long hard look in the mirror C1, these guys were the total package, flip and OP, ESQI and some unbelievable fleet growth and size. To date most of their records still stand! All done without the smoke and magic guys like Vording, Daniels, Button, etc. pull today to make themselves look good. Don't spend that $40,000 a year you make all in one place guys. The sad thing is you keep promoting these rejects and let all the good guys and gals slip through your fingers. Hey, who's that knocking on your back door... Oh my it's Discount! History's your best teacher, lads and lasses, respect your elders and learn from them, and maybe... just maybe, you too can win yourself an exceptional achievement award and have some thing to brag about at your next holiday party. Having fun dancing with Mrs. Dud and be careful not to follow that pied piper off the cliff! "We won't be beaten by the competition!"

"We wont't be beaten by the competion"? O.K. Dud, unless I am missing something we already are! Maybe London is diffferent but here Discount owns the town. Sure when I fill in my competion report I knock them down to keep idiots like you off my back, but the truth is from the top down they are more agressive in my market and dont run there company like somke american chain. Adapt or get out Dud!

If you can't beat Discount in this business you need to get out of the business world and find yourself a nice little desk job. ERAC may not be the end all and be all, but Discount is Shit.

Discount is shit as far as a career goes, but in many ways the company is run better. Dont beleive the brainwashing. Im not saying they are better than I am in my city, just that C199 underestimates the competition. They are as hungry as we are, and do just as much to earn the business, that we have to accept. I beleive my staff are better, but that is not a deciding factor for many customers. And they spend a lot more mouhla on their accounts than I am allowed too!

Yes, it does - It says that ERAC's culture is so strong that even when employees leave (or get fired) - something keeps drawing them back and they can't let go (like a moth to a flame). ERAC is a place where a career can be forged if you let it - and it will go as far as you choose to take it - Discount employees have limited qualifications, view thier employment as a job only, and not a career and thus the emotional attachment (affection if you will) is not present. I am happy to be working in a company that forms such strong bonds with its employees - makes my job that much more enjoyable and helps me come in each day with a smile on.
