Simple logic would tell you that Discount is a small player in the world rental market, and since this site got it's start in the US, where Discount is virtually unheard of, there is very little chance you would see one.

Default "strong bonds?" (post #30) are you kidding me?

What it implies is that the vast majority of employees that leave are so bitter towards the company for so many reasons that they feel the need to lash out in a forum like this. Secondly, current staff are so either brainwashed(admit it) or scared of leaving that they need to validate their own sorrows by mocking those that have left and gone on to better jobs. I love working here, but even I can admit their is a cult like culture perpetuated from the top down. And a part of that is the notion that there are no better careers out there, and when an ex-employee does find a better job (ie more$, less hours, more potential) the typical response is that they are wrong, their new job actually sucks. Some times we need to all look in the mirror and grow up.
Lastly, lets not forget that this site started by a disgruntled customer, to post warnings about doing business with Enterprise.

Till you get to the office and find out you've got 30 booked before 8:30, and three cars dropped on the lot filthy w/ no gas and keys locked in two of 'em! All cause you dumb-ass CM took your cars from you on Friday cause you were only running 88% and promised they would be brought to you by opening Monday morning! On top of the 30 you get 15 calls from slime balls you dropped donuts to who are content with there pay-offs from the big D but now that discount is out of cars, their your new best friend. However you can't say no to them, cause you'll never get another invite to the dance. Now I know you most of you who truly believe in the cult that is Ecars will say, "plan your day better, book your res's spread apart, work like a team." Sage advice from a fat-assed CM sitting behind a desk pointing the finger and pushing the button. A career? Give me a break, Ecars is nothing but a giant lily pad, take note kids, take your lumps, learn what you can and polish that resume, cause you'll always need to be prepared to hop your ass on out of that pond you've found yourself in, for fear of settling, like most of the scum that's already in there. Smoke and magic rules the roost in C1, forget who the rats are, if you're in the "new" C1 your motto should be D.T.A. Believe me as much crap your superiors are peddling to you, you all are certainly not living the dream. Trust me they are as afraid to loose you as you are to leave. There are many more former Erac'er success stories than there are Erac sucess stories.

With the release of "Bareback Mountain", Hollywood has attempted to homosexualize cowboys too.
