Whoaa! The one and only top-shelf was my ass-man, and other then an occaisional mood swing here and there, dude was straight arrow and loyal as they come. You need to gear down turbo, Bobby was most certainly stand-up, and one hell of a marketer and earner at that! Bobby's carved himself out a pretty nice existence in the big E and kudos for him for rolling with those punches.

What did that jackass do? I've had the pleasure of working with him and I hated every minute of it. Do tell.

Taylor is a snake and out for him-self , a true asshole in every sense of the word. But like most assholes in the e-car pool he will continue up the ranks until he gets his ass canned. Then he will figure out that was my only shot for success. What do I do in a normal corporate atmosphere where I can't comment on my employees chests and slap asses ? Figure it out buddy your managing skills are terrible and that of a chimp. You do not respect your employees and you have pissed a lot of them off. Keep acting like you do and give it a year, instead of selling dub you will be asking "would you like fries with that ?" There was a lot of good guys under you. You treated them like shit and forced them to quit. I'm sure if the higher ups knew what you did and said to those employees your ass would already be gone. You are a fuckhead and are going to get found out.

I remember this guy driving me back to my branch as part of a deal to get his branch a car they needed. I kept telling him the proper direction, but he wouldn't listen, since he figured he knew better. He wasted about 45 minutes on top of the normal drive time of 30 minutes. My BM was justifiably steamed, because a shit storm hit our branch. Brando could have stuck around at our branch for about 15 minutes to help clear the storm, but he just turned around and went back to his branch, which wasn't very busy. Some leadership skills, and now he's a BM???!!! Man, that's unbelievable!
