She's just a bit misunderstood, that's all. K.R. is probably one of the best people in the company. Don't be surprised if she gets promoted within the next few months.

No, it's not Kim. I'm a supporter of Kim. Why and how would you describe her as superficial? Do you think she is not qualified to do her job?

Superficiality and being qualified for a job are not mutually exclusive. You're the one who concludes that I'm connecting her superficiality with an inability to do the job, which I am not so connecting. Her frivolous systems of believes makes her superficial and, quite likely, makes her good at her job. You can't have a well developed moral compass and stay with ERAC for as long as she as and progress upwards as she has. If it works for her and makes her happy, then great. However, let's see what kind of life she builds for herself beyond snazzy little pumps and sporty SUVs.

So what you are saying is that employees of ERAC that have stayed for the long haul generally don't have a high moral standard? You are really saying something about the others that work along with KR and at her level. I believe KR has a good life beyond the "snazzy pumps and SUV"...it's just none of our business.
