But remember they must average these #s every month. Doubt it.

The point is not "how much I know", fuckhead. The point is no ARM is making $100,000. And I do know a fair bit, I worked there for 8 years and I was an ARM. If they changed the ARM commision %, it's news to me. (it was maxed at 5% since ECRAP opened in Canada). My guess is they split GL's area and put him on a guarantee bonus for 3-6 months. But that's just a guess - you're the smart one.

as an MT my area manager said he was making over 100K.... why would he lie? what would he have to gain?

You hire people with business specialist degrees and finance accreditions, yet pay them $10.71/hr..

I see my branch manager being so stingy over little expenses like pens, paper, even $2 coffees for employees who are drippin wet cuz the hose is broken.. cuz of him meeting his mortgage payments..

BM's are in such pressure to run their branches and I dont disagree with them being stingy and unhappy while the upper management lives it up!
