Cruzer - 3 Years Later

History was made this week when the first class of 8 students handled a tattoo machine for the first time. Our next set of classes begin in January, and I currently have a waiting list of over 40 people for 10 available spaces. The tuition ain’t chump change, and I also have 3 tattoo artists working for me, so safe to say I’m doing very well. So much for not having what it takes to run a business….I wonder where Shappy is now?

I guess a lot can happen in 3 years. For all 3 of you who are enjoying your job right now at ECARS, congratulations! You’re well on your way to vocational prosperity and abundant financial success! As for the rest of you, you are all good people, capable of so much more than the job you’re in now. Learn whatever you can from ECARS. And five years from now, when you’re sitting in your office at a better job in another company, or even better still, when you’re running your own business, look back at Enterprise as not only a learning experience, but also as your motivation to better your life.

these e-monkeys wouldnt know the first thing about running their own business........managing and making daily decisions for an already structured business not owned by you is not even close to running your own business especially so with a guaranteed paycheck coming to you. most wouldnt even know the first thing about writing a business plan and they certainly wouldnt even know what type of legal structure would best suitable for their business......running and owning your own business is far from managing a business as an employee......six figures in six years, retire at 40, pro athlete money, livin' the dream.......lmfao!!!!

My area manager from group 01 in '97 showed her ignorance on a daily basis. However, the best was when congress was considering legislation that would allow an employee to take time off for overtime worked in lieu of pay. If you worked one hour of over time you were owed 1.5 hours off within the next 7 days.

I asked Tracy Delahunt (the AM) how Enterprise would cope with that. She stated, "It doesn't matter, we are a private company and not going public anytime soon." I knew then that I was being bossed around by frighteningly ignorant people.

I left ERAC about 2 years ago and I make what two of my managers (Branch and Assistant) would be making combined at our branch in Oakville.

Mind you, I had realized that I had more potential when I realized that I am higher educated than two of the dumbest idiots I was working with. One of them even had faked his education on the resume but it worked out cuz no one at ERAC hadt checked.

Moral of the story, getta outta ERAC. Grass is definitely greener.

Tattoo School's going strong. Just finished another round of classes.

Our website's finally up. A little primitive by today's standards, but it already has helped us sign up some students from Montreal, Saskatchewan, Calgary, and Ottawa.
