Incase you hadn't noticed admin employees are not being told to leave they are going on their own. Been to admin lately? They are dropping faster than flies. I personally don't think that they suck. I think that they see the financials and are able to read them and realize that C299 is sinking and sinking fast. WAKE UP RENTAL.

Are you including Remarketing as Admin employees?? (they are btw). Because the used car market in the US is making more on Flip than branches can OP...sometimes 2-3 times as much in some parts of the US. I guess I don't know what the Canada market is like though...

There is one department that does turn a profit - or makes a good stab at it... Hello PT/407. If rental folks could stop getting parking tickets and stay off of the 407 maybe they could be saving another 30+ thou a month... wake up - and you do not pay their salaries or overhead btw - they pay for themselves with admin fees collected - OH, but wait - there are only 2 people left in that Department now too... JL quit and AL has been promoted to AR.
