Who told you that? Your Area Manager? I would love to find out exact numbers... And why don't they put the monthly numbers out? Anybody knows?

And if they really only make 25 calls per month per branch, the sample is way too small to actually mean anything. In a month a branch does at least 400 contracts, so 25 would be just about 5% of that... Your score can be anywhere from 20% to 100% and that does not mean shit all because it doesn't represent how your branch is really doing... Anybody agree?

I'm sure they do a statistical analysis and can choose the optimal combination of cost and accuracy, in that calling more people will be more expensive yet reduce the margin of error. I seem to recall someone saying the margin of error was 10%? Anybody know this for a fact?

If the margin of error is 10%, then when a branch has a "bad" month with a 73% it can actually be a "good" month with a 83%, and vice-versa. So, why should we trust and base promotions on these numbers? I just don't get it...

i know how you feel man. to get promoted now, you must build a good relationship with your area manager or you will never get over the MA level

Group 77% (12mnth), thats 2 points below corperate average and 4 points below what C2 used to score before TP came to Toronto. Nice work, what ever happened to the mission statment or the core values, does TP use as "T.P."

Agreed. Who's cock did he suck to get a city spot? I went on a sales call with him to a dealership (before his promotion) to talk about DealerArms. Worst Salesman Ever. I was embarrased to be there with him while he was talking like an idiot. What a fucking douchebag.
