No need to review his first year.He has made his changes and cant blame JL anymore.Lets see how the next 6 months go.My guess (the same as the last 12).

As for SD getting the city spot" You current area guys have a bright future if you cant even get promoted in your own group.

Some people are talking about good ESQi. I guess we need to see the whole group #'s and compare them to Canada... anyone got the #'s?

Sean, that guy is an idiot; I thought he was on a tight leash after almost losing 2 major insurance companies and I know for a fact (read them) he got burned hard on several (4) exit interviews (last 8 months).
