I broke down the hourly take home for an mt. It seems as though when you are hired with company you are bringing home about 7.33 an hour. Not a bad way to attempt to pay back 100k in college loans. Good thing erac almost always requires a college degree. They should be hiring 8th graders as full timers. The problem is this, 8th graders can make more than that flipping burgers or cleaning toilets on their off time and they wont have to pay for college! The other problem would be child labor laws that apparently dont apply to erac employees.
