What are Steve (9 years as Area Manager) or Alex and MJ (7 years each as Area Managers) or Grant, George and Brad (6 years each as Area Managers) going to do? How many more years does it require for these "guys" to be experienced enough to get promoted or better yet be allowed to interview for the next level? I am sure they blame the lack of training and leadership they have received from upper management (GM's and City), sadly that excuse no longer works since that upper management has changed personal about 7 times since all these guys were promoted. What are these "super six" going to do, can someone fill me in?

they are not getting promoted because they are all dumb as shit. anyone who sticks around for that long at erac has no brains. it is time for everyone to smell the coffee and get out or put up with all the crap. the only reason they stay is because they are affraid of the real world.

How does wahl being a loser make it not suprising that he quit? Just an observation but it seems no one likes anyone else in this company. Is everybody an asshole or a loser etc?

Relax homo. I'm an aquired taste, not everyone is going to like me. To be honest there were perhaps only 6-10 people I could tolerate for more than a few hours so I'd be a huge hipocrite if I expexted everyone to love me. Smell you later Enterprise!
