Does anybody know how many calls do they make per month to get the ESQI score? And why we can't never get the score for the month only?

i think they sample 20-30% of the total number of contracts written for the month

and you have to do the math yourself to find out your 1 month ESQi score

20-30%? No way! A branch that writes 400 contracts it would mean 80-120 calls. I think it is more like 20 calls/month if that much.

25 calls per month per branch. Monthly numbers are available, they just don't tell everyone.
