Re: C2 Esqi yes, it's down in c1 but esqi is like a thermometer that indicates something is wrong with the patient but won't exactly indicate the disease - still i think there is a good corelation between poor esqi and employee morale - after all when yer dog fuckin' tired at the end of another 12 hour day who give a shit about the three critical questions or whether some pain in the ass customer didn't like the camry (even though it was a free upgrade from that cd-less, non-airconditioned shit-trap on wheels accent) - at that stage of the day/week you just want to get home, eat some proper food and go to sleep so you can face the ugliness of the next day - i've been saying this all along that each branch in the company is understaffed but the devil is in the numbers - meaning, more staff = greater expense - think about that, according the great wise ones higher up than we, it costs $6,000 to recruit and train a new employee - multiply this times, say, 50 to 100 branches and, voila, you've got your answer as to why we are worked to mental oblivion (and by we, I mean mts, mas, ams, bms) - how can you go that extra mile when your gas fucking tank is below empty? no wonder esqi has dipped! |
