You managers pay $360/month for the privilage of taking home a car. That is absolutely insane. Who the hell in their right mind would pay for that?? You are not even supposed to take anything home larger than a fullsize, so technically you could get stuck with a 70,000km Accent every night if no other cars are available. In my opinion I rather just put that money towards a car of my own. And dont you losers tell me that its cheaper because you dont have to pay for insurance etc, but screw ECRAP I rather pay the extra cash and not support TP getting his wooden leg upgraded to graphite.

I really think the BM pays $200/month for company car is BS. First you don't get any choice(s) of car you take home at the end of the day. Sometime you are stucked with dirty/nasty car with condom lying under the seats. Whereas when you get a job outside ERAC, if they provide you a company car, it is 100 times better because they give you something brand new and the best part is, you don't pay anything extra for it.

Unless the BM gets an assigned car to them like area manager then it is worth the extra $200/month. Otherwise, I wouldn't want to drive a Cargovan or DX/OX car home because we are running so tight like a virgin.

Enterprise is just Pathetic!! Everyone there is pathetic, especially the loser that thinks $45K a year is amazing. This is why you went to university, so that you can be someone's ECAR bitch and get paid $45K a year to stay late, work weekends, and wash cars in a suit.

Seriously, go talk to a headhunter, tell them you want a new job that pays more than 45K a year, where you don't have to work 50-70 hours a week. When they're done laughing at your ECAR salary they'll find you a job in a month.

Hey "brain"... Just do the math: 400 cars (area) X 100.00 (year to date NET for last fiscal year) X 9% = $43k only on comission. Plus bonuses and base = 90k-100k/year. Was that too hard for you? No wonder you are "out" there "making 5k month base+comission+car"... Everybody keeps saying that, but nobody has the guts to say what companies actually pay that... Guess what? They pay you that much for the first 6 months, then you are back to the same lame comission base pay...

Area managers dont' make 9%. Usually 5 or 6%.
