TP you may want to add one for youself "unable to leave your office" this would explain all your problems (market place and retention).

Havent heard for sure-but he had his company car taken away due to an accident last year - I think he left cause he was losing his 'Pull' - too bad - he was a nice guy - last i heard he was travelling and in Germany
