Manager's in C2 average about 43,000 /year.With no flip,if you were to work even harder than you already do and say you had a average rate of $40/car(you wish) you still would only increase your income by about $8000 a year.So now you make 51,000 and you have worked your ass off.Your area and city guy are still complaining about esqi and retention.
