So is it True do we have to work on the 27th, thats supposed to be a holiday in lew of the 25th falling on a Sunday. And also heard we are to be working on the 2nd, which is also supposed to be a holiday for New Years day falling on a Sunday.

Speaking of Illegal, why if I work 50 hrs one weekthats 6 Over Time Hours at time and half and then the next week because of the "holiday" day I only work 40 hrs. My paycheque shows my then overtime as only 2. Is it legal for them to average my two weeks and thats what I get for overtime??

Oh but dont forget you will get a lieu day if you work those days and then your area manager will forget and your screwed again.

I can't wait till i get out of ERAC to find a REAL job that I earn all my holidays and can enjoy it.
I am working on the 27th but I told my manager I am taking off on Jan 2nd. I am trying to get Jan 3rd too. If I dont get 3rd off, expect me to call in sick. Jan 3rd is gonna be busy day for sure
