and about arguing with your top bosses, it's sad but very true. I think my time with ERAC is up. I can't stand the bullshit i am going through on a daily basis. I will try my best not to get fired but instead i will resigned before they do anything to me. |

It's funny how ERAC can fire people over stupid excuse/reason. |

| I haven't been out of C2 for that long, but come one....has anyone forgotten the fact that EU was underperforming at C201 and then at C273? I know he was a great guy but he wasn't exactly a shining star, was he? There are many managers out there who don't play the political game, but they are performing in their businesses in some small way, so it was inevitable that someone who is not playing "the game" and is not performing would be let go. I have all the faith in the world that he will be much happier in a new career, as am I, so it's actually a blessing in disguise that he was let go. Don't know if you're going to read this Esau, but good luck in your future endeavours...you're going to be a much happier man now that the big green veil has been lifted from your eyes. |

Underperforming, your on crack i worked with Esau, lets see over 500 cars at c201 with maybe 6 employees and open extended hours. This guy was set up to fail, I was their when he asked, then pleaded, then finnaly beged for more staff at c201. According to corperate he should have had 20 full time employees, his City Manager set this gut up bigtime. As for the rest of your post, I agree, Esau's hard work ethic and great personal skills will lead him to success anywhere.....(Hint TP you may want to incorperate some of Esau's characteristcs, sorry your always in your office shut in). |

I took a Lexus home at least twice a week. Sweet ride. Wahl ps. I was the first manager to make a profit at C211 but I was written up for bad ESQI. Sweet company. I signed it "Ginger Spice". |

| So Esau was blame for underperforming at C201? C201 will always have bad ESQi regardless. Location is a problem, well a big problem!!! I don't care how much discount ERAC is giving to the customers but it is a hassle to jump in their tiny little shuttle bus that will hit your head if you are taller than 3 foots 3 inches. You have to grab all your heavy luggages and walked all the way to the end of the terminal to catch a shuttle bus after a 20 hours long flight. Terminal One pick up spot is even more interesting, if you didn't get lost in the first time then you are amazingly good at reading small signs attached to the roof. Remember the customers are probably be pissed at the GTAA, not ERAC but when they received the ESQi call, they will lead all the hassles and blame it to ERAC. Hence, bad ESQi. When you get to the C201 office, expect to wait 15-20 minutes to be look at because the tickets writing monkeys are too busy dealing with 15 other people standing in front you in the lineup. By the time you finished the contract, you might have to wait because the car you are getting is either blocked by 2 other cars or the car preps forgot to fill it up with gas. When you return the car back to C201, you will have a tough time finding parking spots in the lot because it is full. Again, you have to drag all your luggages and headed inside the office because no one is working at the return booth. Once you got into the office, expect another 15-20 minutes to have someone to look at you to return the god damn car. Finished up the payment, expect to wait another 10-20 minutes for a shuttle to come back and drop you off at the terminal. During the weekend, there is 1 assistant manager and 3 MT to take care of 120 reservations on a saturday or sunday. It was clearly beyond Esau control for not having enough staffs. But whatever, I am glad Esau is out of ERAC because I can't see anyone can be successful operating C201. Let's see if Burgess can turn around the ESQi from 60s to mid/high 70s or even low 80s. If he can't do that within 3-6 months then it is proven that Esau was not underperforming. Good luck to the people who are working at the C201 now because chances are you will have a hard time getting promoted based on ESQi and your CDW/PAI/PEC stats there are way lower than other branches in C2. |
