those Lexus has to be the cheapest or most basic Lexus I ever seen in my life. ERAC is too cheap to order sunroof for them

C201 will always have bad ESQi regardless. Location is a problem, well a big problem!!! I don't care how much discount ERAC is giving to the customers but it is a hassle to jump in their tiny little shuttle bus that will hit your head if you are taller than 3 foots 3 inches. You have to grab all your heavy luggages and walked all the way to the end of the terminal to catch a shuttle bus after a 20 hours long flight. Terminal One pick up spot is even more interesting, if you didn't get lost in the first time then you are amazingly good at reading small signs attached to the roof. Remember the customers are probably be pissed at the GTAA, not ERAC but when they received the ESQi call, they will lead all the hassles and blame it to ERAC. Hence, bad ESQi.

When you get to the C201 office, expect to wait 15-20 minutes to be look at because the tickets writing monkeys are too busy dealing with 15 other people standing in front you in the lineup. By the time you finished the contract, you might have to wait because the car you are getting is either blocked by 2 other cars or the car preps forgot to fill it up with gas. When you return the car back to C201, you will have a tough time finding parking spots in the lot because it is full. Again, you have to drag all your luggages and headed inside the office because no one is working at the return booth. Once you got into the office, expect another 15-20 minutes to have someone to look at you to return the god damn car. Finished up the payment, expect to wait another 10-20 minutes for a shuttle to come back and drop you off at the terminal.

During the weekend, there is 1 assistant manager and 3 MT to take care of 120 reservations on a saturday or sunday. It was clearly beyond Esau control for not having enough staffs. But whatever, I am glad Esau is out of ERAC because I can't see anyone can be successful operating C201. Let's see if Burgess can turn around the ESQi from 60s to mid/high 70s or even low 80s. If he can't do that within 3-6 months then it is proven that Esau was not underperforming.

Good luck to the people who are working at the C201 now because chances are you will have a hard time getting promoted based on ESQi and your CDW/PAI/PEC stats there are way lower than other branches in C2.
Please.... Esau was an ass..... I've known him for at least 5 years.... he always took credit for other people's work, that's why he got to where he was with ecrap..... he was an underperformer..... he should have quit a long time ago... once you get demoted from the airport, you should know that it's time to leave.... all managers that have left the airport were set up to fail once they went to another branch--- CT, MP.. to name a few..... for all you young'uns... you wouldn't know these past managers, only ol skool ecrap people would know them...... life is way better after ecrap....... start looking for a new job on your day offs... oh that's right, you don't get any....hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CT was a lazy and that's why he failed. (Drove Maxima for 2 straight months) MP was promoted to ARM with NO ESQi and he was to soft to lead managers that's why he failed.

Get your facts straight before you open your mouth, MP got promoted to Area Manager from c201 (not demoted), KK went to another branch and got promoted to Area Manager, CT was junk all along, IA was good, got screwed by ERAC, but he screwed them back $$$.

Acutally Wahl, several managers and assistants before you turned profits at C211. Here is just a short list:
EU & SM
EU & SC
WL & SC
and most recently SC & AL
Go Dolphins 9-7

Millsie made money there as an assman but Luby tanked that branch. He never marketed, constantly turned down deals and ran from the run. I'll give credit to Crowley and Lefevbre, they're top notch employees. Hopefully they get theirs, either with ecars or somwhere else. And why is McGregor not a manager yet?
