So did everyone enjoy TP big meeting last week, to talk about fleet growth, income and keeping costs down. This fool still does not want to address the real problem that will get him everything he wants and more. Attention TP, you can't have a company that hires 240+ employees one year and loses 250+ that same year and expect to grow. What is even more enjoyable is I look at the Area Manager group in that meeting and its the same old same old, so most of the 250 lost employees were new hires, thats even worse. TP I will keep it simple, get rid and replace the Area Manager old boys crew (GP, GL, MJ, GN, BP & AO-yes i know he is not an Area guy any longer but he still an idiot) and then maybe we won't keep wasting $$$ in training new employees (TP thats a cost or $3500 per new hire almost $850,000 spent last year) that keep leaving because they can't stand working for the above Area idiots. And then maybe all the branchs will have an experianced staff, they can market, sell, grow and keep costs down... heck I will even throw in beter ESQI (which I know MR.77 you don't give a shit about).

Damn who am I kidding, TP lets just stick to what your doing now, give every excuse in the book as to why people are leaving (you know, they are not Enterprise, they were a bad seed, not a good team player etc). Ignore the fact that each new employee to get this job goes through 3 to 4 interviews with different interviewies and each one has to give the "ok" before they get hired, just sit there and believe when GL, GP, MJ, BP, GN and AO come to you and say they were a "bad" hire.

Why do I bother, TP good to see you again, now go back and hide in your office for another 4 months, watch ESQI and retention numbers continue to fall while you scratch yourself try to figure out how to work the income, costs and growth.
