Devil's Advocate: Ok, no one confuses Roach for having a Shakesperian mind - but... does that alone make her a target for ridicule? My aplogies to Jen but not everyone is blessed with a sharp mind. That being said, her promotion was not her design (unlike AP), so is she really deserving of such ugly disdain? Do you hate Harper or those who elected him?

EnterLies is full of crap to begin with so dishonourable promotions are a norm. Also, any decent female employee is a rare commodity so expect an "underserved" promotion every once and a while. A meritocracy it is not.

Having said that, Ecrap is not an anomaly. Expect similar, if not identical treatment regardless of where you go. Vince Vaughn said it best in the following...

last summer, he was with other erac's but dont know who, he had to rent from me, as a replacement and was impaired, and a complete ass to boot, i know my group made hush hush of it so as not to spread it around c2. one of our shops had the vehichle for a while but it was written off
