| I am not showing up for this saturday BD class. What kind of BS is this ,I work 60plus hours a week and because fleet companies and ins co's wont pay within 90 days I have to go too admin on saturday.FU TP if you actually went out to see these companies and built a relationship with them we probably wouldn't have this problem.I'm a fairly new manager and I know that we are responsible for collecting this money on time ,but the level3's and above have to take some of the blame. My paycheck is shit my Esqi is ok retention is god awful and now I'm being punished for bad debt. Keep up this type of morale boosting and you'll lose another 40 managers soon.Try treating us with respect and like adults and not like your pupetts. |

TP only cares about whats above him (corperate), he has never cared about who is below him (the group). He is not a manager of people he is a manager of looking good for corperate. So if you expect a leader who will lead by example, perhaps teach you new things or even keep your spirits up during tough times you have the wrong GM. Your GM expects results or what he will give you is a boot out the door. Love it or hate it thats TP. The best thing is as TP kicks you out its his first and last time he has met you and don't expect him to remember your name that would require him to leave his office and visit a branch. |

I find it hard to believe that corp thinks that TP is doing a good job.Nemerous current and past employees have complained too MATT D about how terrible things are in C2, I would guess this is TP final stop. But as we all know stranger things have happened, time will tell. |

THIS IS THE REASON I LEFT 10 MONTHS AGO....AND I COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF....I THOUGHT THE WOHLE IDEA BEHIND BEING A MANAGER IS "RUNNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS"...NOT BEING MICRO-MANAGED...MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD TELL TP THAT TREATING HIS STAFF LIKE LITTLE MINIONS IS COSTING HIM MORE THAN RETENTION...IT'S COSTING THE TAYLORS THE REPUTATION (WHAT LITTLE ONE THERE IS LEFT) OF BEING A SOMEWHAT DECENT PLACE TO WORK. |

I recall Tp saying with arrogance at the Deerhurst managers summit last fall that he had give Tony M his 10 years notice that he was going to retire in Toronto...That notice may be bumped to 1-2 years and changed from retirement to "asked to leave", if things continue the way they are now. |

| Instead of all complaining on how disturbing and problematic it is to work in such inhumane conditions you should all just quit en masse...of course be smart about it and wait until the end of October (to take advantage of the FLIP$$!!). This should teach those fat cat American Bastards not to F$*&*& with Canadians. By the way, it sounds like your new GM is following in JL's (who should have been fired....but...) footsteps. There is life after E....normal people do not work 60 - 70 hrs per week...with the empty promise of a cash laden career....ask your current ARM's how many of them made "over 6 figures" the past 2 years....bet you the answer is ZERO!!!! OLD SCHOOL ARM |
