The best thing is as TP kicks you out its his first and last time he has met you and don't expect him to remember your name that would require him to leave his office and visit a branch.[/quote]

What a shitty way to live your life regardless of how much cash you´ve got in the bank.

Keep up this type of morale boosting and you'll lose another 40 managers soon.Try treating us with respect and like adults and not like your pupetts.

I was a no show, and I told my area manager the only way I would show up is the meeting started with an admittance and apology from TP and my City Manager on the fact I have no f#$%ing staff. Make time and call on an AR, damn I don't even have time to wipe my A$%S. Oh yes we are finally making money this year, to bad I come home completely wiped out and bed ridden every night to spend it. Don't worry I am gone this October; maybe earlier if my ARM reads this he knows who I am. And TP your junk one day you will get yours, f$&*K you and your 5 "uns", you failed all 5 the first year dumnb ass.

TC is still here, but it's official that VW quit today. Anyone know of anyone that might want that train wreck of a position right now in C2?

I would guess that they will fill that position with an outside hire....anyone with an ounce of common sense that currently works for ECRAP..either in C2 or any other group should avoid throwing for that spot based on the current situation with TP at the helm of the sinking ship C2.

So to recap TP's first year and a bit running C2:

Hr manager ---quit---
acct'ng manager---quit---
controler---quit---
city manager---quit---
other city manager---law suit---soon to be gone---
branch managers (approx 50 of them)---quit---
admin staff (approx 20 of them)---quit---
Rob and Siva---still there...soon to fill the HR and Acct'ng spots.

TP .... GREAT job...in a little over a year it sounds like you have fliped nearly 70% of the C2 employees...weather it part of some master plan of just poor leadership...my hat is off to you. It takes a concerted effort to accomplish a task wuch as that. In any other company outside of ECRAP the General Manager would have been fired for this type of retention....It just shows that "taking ownership of your business" doesen't always apply when you get to the GM level....Glad I'm out !!!!!!!!!!!!
