So many former ERAC people have told me they regret leaving the company, as they are making shit wages and work with total fuckups......even more than the usual ERAC fuckups!!!!! Maybe 15-20% of those that leave are truly happy?

This guy is a pure dildo!!!! You are right everyone who leave ECRAP goes to selling office supplies. I know 3 and all are very happy. You know though, you are right because the new company they work for probably only has sales people so they will never be promoted. You fricken donkey punch, that company just like your shitty little outfit, has ARM, Regional Managers and so forth so I guess there really is no where to go in that company from sales man. What do you think you are? Thats right a manager!!! But if you don't sell you will remain a manager....therefore you are a salemen!!

I worked at ERAC and when I was there my branch was one of maybe two that made money EVERY month, never missed one. Made lots of money...i was rolling in it, but I was always to tired to spend it. So I left the company in search of whatever, that is how much I hated it, I left with nothing to fall back on. Guess what, my new gig rocks....I work from 9 to about 4... if I stay late. Don't sell shit and best of all get laid by quality girls because I have the time too and don't get laughed at when I say I work for ECARS anymore. I used to settle for nailing these ERAC whores...(you all know who you are and if you don't look at your position in the company and ask if you really deserve it.....ML used to be the manager in Stoufville.... wow did she ever grow that fleet, what does 10 have on rent today? AP....well everyone already knows.)

Anyway that is a different post, back to the dildo.....you really have no clue do you, in two years you will make more than Marble Cheese...so to clarify is that an ERAC 2 years (more like 3 and change) or a regular companies 2 years (actually 2 years). Seriously you will wake up one day and see that you are really just a dildo hanging out with a bunch of pussies.

I shall go watch my English side deliver a blow to the Swedes now, while you ERAC faithful work for another 3 plus hours. I love not working at that shitty little outfit.

I don't care who did what a year ago. I care about who will do me now. If I can make the LCAM department who do I have the best shot with? SP, ML, AP, DS or SS? I was told on my last review I didn't have a clear goal for my future. I am now focused. Thanks for the feedback.
