| Thank you for your answer. Not much is different here in the US. We have tons of different ins co's we deal with. If someone called at 5:59, I would make something up about why we didn't have a car available. I would maybe act confused and the phone might accidentally hang up on them. When they call back, they would get the voicemail. If this scenario ever got back to anyone, I would deny the whole thing or invent a version of the story where the customer sounds crazier and I sound like a saint. |

| well for now it works like this. RBC calls the tow truck driver Maurizio and he calls the branches which are responsible to do this deal. We get the information and call the customer and set a time to meet them at their house. Deliver a car and then back. Dont give a shit what customer says 34.28 is the RBC rate and they get a Standard size no exceptions. No free fuel either. I dont know about other peope but this is the way i deal with RBC's shitty customers |
