Its Hush money or Blood money for:

working late everyday, working almost every weekend, being in the cold, washing cars in the cold, having customers yell at you, no lunchs, on your feet all day, no training, no reviews and spending no time with you family and loved ones.

Even with the extra cash who has time to enjoy it, this last time i tried to do anything after work I was either late to the function or fell asleep by 10. Oh what a life!

The capper to all of this is that I work 40hrs/wk and get my lunch break everyday and on Friday's especially the long weekends I'm finished before well before 5 and don't have to worry all day friday where I am going to get the 15 extra cars that I no look booked all week. Life is better working a real job with a real company.

Sounds like my life once I left ECRAp....could not have typed it better myself. Anyone who is still at ECRAP gets what they deserve each and every day.

You know what I like about these postings? They are ALWAYS saying how "my life is great after ECARS" but never tell us where they work, how much they make and mainly if a Sales Rep. spot will get you where you really want... BS. Again, they are offered positions with a good start salary, but just for the first 6 months, after that they are commission based positions... If you are for that, good for you. But don't forget, at the first sign of trouble, the "sales force" is where the cuts begin... ALWAYS.

i am sick and tired of those printout from Parker everyday first thing in the morning.

also i am sick of reading those printout about how to improve ESQi and Sell Sell Sell, etc

do the environment a flavor, stop wasting papers and save a few trees!
