Default ERAC a cult?

Just curious what other employees think? You spend every waking hour only with ERAC, spending spare time with them after hours (meet & greets, meetings, etc) and then giving up weekends etc? I sometimes personally feel isolated within the company's grasp and have a hard time getting to the quotas they set. That and, some other employees make the business feel like the gypsy arts. Dubs are a good idea for the most part, but I don't like pressuring someone on something that they 50% of the time don't actually need. I've only been with the company for a few months so maybe it's just growing pains but does anyone else feel this way?

Hey, dude, every single person that has left the company feels this way, but there are already 50 threads on this website about ECRAP being a cult and we certainly don't need another one here.

welcome abroad. this is nothing new and as you work for the company longer, you will hate it more and more

try it out and see how far you can go with the company. if you feel this is complete bullshit, start looking for new job and once you have something line up, get the F out

Sorry about everyone giving you a hard time about your post. It's just "old news" to us that have been with ERAC for awhile and realized the cultishness a long time ago.

Yes. ERAC is a cult. Your eyes are being opened to the dark underbelly of the "awesome" job you have. Spend some time here, reading over posts. You'll find the same experiences with employees worldwide. It is really shocking the magnitude.

I warn you- once your eyes are opened-it is difficult to close them again.
