i wonder why ken is still around...clearly anslow and jodi dont care about him...he's been with the company for so long and still stuck at 14 as a MA...i can see him as the next lisa to leave...if he leaves 14 is going to cry for daytime staffs

what's with c216's fleet? they used to be in the 90-100 cars branch, now they can barely keep 50 cars in total

the thing is that he clearly has a bad attitude and worst of all M.Y is an asshole and a big hypocrite (i think i spelled it wrong) anyways he never stopped his CSR's from taking cars and being on call .. but now as an A.M he wants they to stay in the branch so he saves gas so the branch would do good and his big fat commission pay check. What he needs to realize is that CSR's can make a lot of difference .. they are key to ESQi and also they can screw around with cars when they are on road ... they are not stupid people all go to some sort of college or prestige universities like UTM. I think if they are fair to CSR's clearly they would see growth in the branch and a good atmosphere to work in. Hey if M.Y is reading this .. trust me my friend you are an asshole .. a BIG ASSHOLE ..

Kenny, everything happens for a reason and maybe one day you will see what you should really be doing. I don't think you have a "terrible attitude" towards customers. Your attitude towards the staff may not be what they want but don't worry about them because they sure arn't worried about you or your success.

I disagreee .. when you work with Ken he is the best to work with .. gives you your space does team work. He is not a bitch at all i feel sorry for the guy for not getting promoted. He is the BEST i would say to work with and clearly most people know that for a fact who worked with him.

I don't think he is eager for that promotion since Branch Managers at c214 dont even make 1000 after taxes for two weeks plus they make very small if any comm. and bonus because cars keep getting damaged because people dont like C214. Give a REASON why you think Kenny HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE because you sound like a pathetic loser you follower.

Here is SMART ADVICE for C214 and the C2A Group. Employees at C214 aren't busy enough so they have time to backstab and talk sh*t about everyone to everyone. Many employees have lost respect for their fellow co-workers. Instead of having 5 smoke breaks an hour while you discuss how to kiss JM ass and how much longer JA is going to be a branch manager, why not discuss how YOU CAN MAKE ALLLLLLLL C214 employees happy. C214 employees may seem that they are busy but they arn't, they are just spoiled backstabbers who don't have a real life and believe in the false dreams upper management feed to their STUPID HEADS. Wake up and realize that if management can't even make their employees happy, what makes you think they are qualified to run a business PROPERLY( meaning no scams). Keep thinking you are going to get rich while working for Ecars, or cut your loses, grow up, stop cleaning cars in a suit and find a REAL, RESPECTABLE, and REWARDING career. This may seem harsh but it's reality and I'm writing this just so you can think about it. The smart one's will act on it and not so smart one's will lose hair just like JA. Feel free to come by the branch and take a look at his seedless hair. Goodnight eveyone.
