The truth is, SM WAS worthy of that promotion. The only thing is, so were so many others who’ve been there much longer than him. And the reason he got the edge over the others is b/c he knows how to play the game better and has an ARM who loves him, simple as that. The problem with this company is that SM is a good hard working guy and now he’s got haters when he’s probably the most likeable guy in the world. Like he really cares! he is god because he made ESQi from 67 to 93% then 91% and get promoted. Once he left C213, there's no more Mills' magic and the ESQi shoots back down to the usual 73% or whatever they got.

So can you say Scottie too Hottie = ESQi God? Without him, AF and BM wont get BRM and ABRM in C213 period.

JA@C214 has all the experiences but he never had the luck with ESQi. Therefore he is at where he is at still.

I wish ERAC promoted people based on something more important other than ESQi. It is just a meaningless number every month, it's purely a luck game based on who they phone for the survery.

He did not have the stat(S); he had his ESQi go from the 60's to the 90's and just ny chance the spot came up - no offence to Adrian but branches like C213, C237 are OP in-the-bank; SM was in the right time and the right place, that's all.

Because someone made ESQI increase 26 points, does that make them a god - I think not - think about it; ESQI is like a teeter-totter; it goes both ways; look at C240; they were high and mighty during the summer months @ 95+ and now they are not doing to well.....whatever goes down has to eventually come right back up...........SM, as I said, was in the right place at the right time - prove it otherwise.

You are a complete idiot that really doesn't look at the statement of the promotional worksheets! He and his team took that branch from the shit hole that Cathcart left it to a profitable one> OP in the bank you are a complete ass. It only became one because of him. I will agree at the right place at the right time, but come on, give the guy some credit. He had fleet growth, OP, and great ESQI what else do you need? This company awards people for performance not how long you have been there, and he just happend to be performing at the right time! But do your homework before you open your fat hole.

Scott did deserve that promotion but to say he got that promotion all on his own is horse shit. Every member of C213 worked their buns off to get him that promotion. They all have a hand in this. He's just reaping the benefits and AF and BM got bumped up along the way.
