Because he's been screwed over more times than I can count. He's a stand up guy, and anyone who has had the pleasure of working with him will probably agree. Ok, so his sense of humour is tough to get right away for some, but he was the type of guy who would stand up for any of his employees, no matter what. I know he doesn't know how to use the internet so I doubt he'll see this so I'll call him instead, but I just wanted to wish him luck in his next venture. I am sure he will excel.

J.A is no doubt a good manager. I respect him but he has some things which he can work on to be the BEST.

J.A. cant even run the bank deposits on time...always waits for the next day ...as if u would think he had learned his lesson with the missing cash. He is a good guy but talks behind some employees backs...thats not kool... i've personally heard him do it. he is an ok manager tho.

maybe after ur probation u can get a chance at becoming an area manager, or not, you should be making over 100k if u have been working for a company after 10yrs,then what... ur gonna be an area manager for another 10yrs with a bunch of kids, u could be their grandfather,u'll look like a loser.area managers make under 80k a year minus taxes...ur in a higher tax bracket so ur making almost the same as u were a branch manager,just more headaches lol...please do urself a favor and leave,in the long run ull be better off...ur too good a guy for a company like ERAC.

why do u assume u know ppl, maybe ur a loser who believes in the dream, or maybe u have a pathetic degree and have no other options, go back to school and learn that if you have respect for urself then sometimes u have to quit. Dont think so...keep living the E-dream. ur point is valid...some do run away without a reason but in this case we dont know that ...
