Why do people leave enterprise? When you realize you can work less hours, have less responsibilities and get paid more money to actually be able to afford a suit, then you would leave too. Then again, how many people do you know that enjoy working with Helen Nioras? And how many people do you think are dumb enough to wait 10 years for a promotion? As far as I'm concerned the smartest thing she did was quit. At least she realized their dream was a crock of bull.

And if she got canned, then they did her a favour. I would do what it takes to get fired too.

C2 and working for ADMIN has gotten so Bad since Fat Hrycauk came on board that people are quitting without a job to fall back onto. But why don't you try working at ADMIN and we'll see how long you last tuff guy. From what I hear their really isn't anyone there that you would enjoy working with any supervisor other than KP, VW amd JL. Wait a minute, VW and JL came to their sense too and left and now ADMIN has been hit with revenge of the high school rejects. TA, NH, DJC, KB couldn't run an accounting team if they tried. They think their team is happy, when the reality is they hate their jobs and are pretending to like you (just like high school all over again). News flash, everyone hates their supervisor.

I think SP, RN are next out of Admin. MB is on the hit list from rental. When is that guy going to realize that he's never going to get a promotion. They want a white dream team. Let's be real. You can't do anything right.

It is too bad that you are dragging down Rebecca with you. If you are that unhappy, leave. I am sure no one will convince you otherwise. I like Schnieda. She's actually the most approachable in that accounting. Seems to also be the only person there that you can actually have a conversation with.

S.P just doesn't have it in her to "shut up and take it". It's called BACKBONE! She doesn't whisper her comments behind closed doors.

Accounting has a 1-3 year turnover rate (get in, get some experience, and get out). I'd say S.P is right on track. When she leaves - she'll be replaced by someone else who'll leave in 1-3 years...it's just how the cycle goes.

For one thing we know DS isn't going anywhere. For starters, she gets paid to run into NH office and complain about everyone that's making her feel uncomfortable. The only way she'll leave is someone gets to NH about DS before DS get to NH about them. She's threading a thin line. Think about it, DS complains because she's up to know good. You know who you are DS at C299. And almost everyone can agree. You probably have more of a loathe club than a fan club. But you'd like to believe people accept you. Dream on. Then again that's what you do best.

Since we're getting no where with trying to figure out who's leaving C2, I'll tell you who's staying. DS is going to be a life. No one else wants her or wants to hire her. That probably goes for all aspects in her life. And DS don't even attempt to post a comment and pretend it's not you. We're of seeing you right, "you're a hater. DS is hot or DS is a great person". DS you're the only person in your fan club.

Have you gotten promoted yet or do you still think you're a supervisor without the title? News flash, you're not getting promoted and you definitely don't have the social skills or the intellect to get a real job elsewhere. No one repsects you, but you should be fine, that isn't a criteria at ECARs. But I can tell you why you won't get promoted, because DS, tricks are for kids. And a trick is what you definitely are.

To close, You're just in denial if you think people at ECARs actually like you. This is not slander, just stating the obvious, and if you haven't complained about almost everyone working on the admin floor that doesn't pretend to like you, then you have nothing to worry about right? But you're secrets out, so now you're probably sitting in your polyester white suit wondering who knows? The answer is, we all do. Like cheers once said "EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR YOU NAME." the only difference "WE'RE NEVER HAPPY THAT YOU CAME".
