Default C2A Poor management

Do you think your management team is a failure? What are they missing? What do they need to change or who do they need to write-up and /or fire? Many employees have had suggestions but their area, branch and ass. managers have either had no time for them or thought they knew what was best for the branch. As well educated employees we can add value to the group as a whole. We are the front lines and it is us who take care of the most problems. We should be heard because many heads are better then just a few. Have you got any managers in mind who are failures in any way?

most of the C2A group management are failures b/c of J.M. She is the worst area manager at ERAC in my mind. She wont see talent if it smacks her in the face. failure is J.M.

C214 IS A TOTAL FAILURE!!! J.A. is on probation, M.L. is on probation, M.Y. is on probation, i wonder how he got promoted, its because J.M. knew that he was the only loser who would manage afterhours and cause he is a broke ass guy. What person would get a degree and start work in the late afternoon and end work close to midnight or whatever and accept the most pathetic salary,comm. is crap at our branch cause our branch seems to have a world record of OX's so yes, comm. is crap. J.A. cant manage for shit thats why hes still a BM for almost a decade soon. M.L. makes the worst decisions EVER, she seems very confused and is going to have a panic attack again soon..lol..A.Z. is kool...M.Y. has a power trip cause he finally makes just over 30k a year before taxes..kenny is just sad, he lost his momentum..The csr's havent been trained properly and do as they please cause they see M.Y doing the same..and thats why J.A. and c214 are failures.

I heard C214 giving away free days for ESQi results. They went from mid 60's to high 80's and 91% FOR MARCH!! Mike Yarmo came up with the idea and J.A. approved. I talked to some peeps at C214 and they confirmed it. C214 also does RETAIL on SAT nights and SUNDAY, they take away business from all the other branches that are closer. Thats very smart of J.A. and M.Y. because its more money for them, J.A. NEEDS THE MONEY after his probation, he is making peanuts. He is saving to buy a can of spray paint to cover up that nasty bald spot he developed as a result of his probation and b/c he cant even get a promotion after a decade. LOSER!!! but i admit ,he is a good guy,just boring and stupid as hell. This is Poor Management because J.A. is teaching us that it is ok to manipulate numbers(covering up cash shortages even after his probation so he wont get FIRED, its only $30 to $100 most of the time, at least once a week). POOR MANAGEMENT!!! IF YOU HAVE TO STEAL OR MANIPULATE NUMBERS THAT MEANS YOU ARNT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. TRY DOING IT DIFFERENT AND YOU MAY FIND THE RIGHT ANSWER THAT DOESNT INVOLVE LYING!!!!!!! YOURS TRUELY, person who wont degrade himself by lying to C2A management about the numbers.

ya it seems most of it true. I dont know why they do business for retail on weekends afterhours. Are they suppose to do retail or is it considered cheating with other branches? J.M if you answer this question it would be amazing.

it is considered shady but i havent heard about any specific rules, there arnt any rules anyway thats why $1000 went missing b/c the person felt they could borrow it to gamble in vegas with his girlfriend. as a branch manager of c216, c221 and c210 i wouldnt be too happy because c214 is taking away their business and they dont care because J.A. is greedy as hell, his orders are simple: PUT ALL CARS ON RENT DURING AFTERHOURS AND TELL ALL CUSTOMERS TO COME TO US EVEN IF IT MEANS LESS BUSINESS FOR OTHER BRANCHES. thats why J.A. loves it when other branches forward their phones to them so they can TAKE RETAIL CUSTOMERS AWAY FROM OTHER BRANCHES. greedy ass.

really? Thats why C2's performance has been shit for the last 2 years. Tom Parker better step up and fix things up before his review MAY 06. His numbers are shit because of managers like J.A. C214 is the only reason C2A is in the shitters? That can't be possible...what about all the other branches? Are they stepping up to do anything? You can't shoulder everything on one branch. Say what you will about J.A...he knows his shit..you'd have to having worked here so long. And M.L. is a hard working girl, just maybe doesn't have the toughness to be a manager. And Yarmo...can't do much about him...he's a lost cause...
