| Hi, I just had my main interview recently.. got the interviews with area manager and city manager next week or so.. I also have a interview at another firm with trade show marketing related.. job both have similar starting pays.. but trade show/marketing job might not have great promotional opportunities like Enterprise..(well, as far as I am told and have read on their website).. I work hard and wanna work hard. I have done security jobs and other crap ass jobs where I have worked 60hr weeks and am not afraid to put time into something that could be worth while.. from my understanding, everyone within the organization started from a management trainee position? |

| Don't bother. Unless $10 an hour is good for you. Just go into a rental branch unanounced and speak to random employees while posing as a cs shopping for rates. See what 3 or 4 employees have to say before you make any decisions. Ask to see actual retention reports for all of C2. |

I guess you didn't read my post. I advised the young man to NOT take the trade show job because as bad as ECARS is, that trade show crap is worse. He needs to look harder and not settle |
