- Took a company car home on monday night and returned it on Tuesday at 2pm and returned it with empty tank. !!!!! (APRIL 3rd-4th, 2006) !!!!!

- Instructed customers to say "Completely Satisified" if they received a survey phone call. You can't do that!

- customer returned a car with damage, he then sold the waiver to have ERAC pays for the damages to have the customer to say "Completely satisified" if they receive a call. TO GET PROMOTED.

- rented a Dodge Magnum to his uncle for $25/day with no CDW/PAI. UNITED STATES, Unlimited KMs, Full Tank....MARKED EMPTY UPON RETURN...

- rented many retail customers during afterhours. Anslow said strictly insurance deals only for afterhours.

- numerous customers had CDW dispute because he didn't explain what the customers were signing. ON MANY OCCASIONS, the customer was INSTRUCTED to take cdw, and it would only be on for the TWO OR THREE DAYS AND NO CHARGE WILL APPLY AT END OF PAY.. CDW scam to make his stats go up.

- damaged ERAC's cars and claimed the damage were lot damages so he didnt get into trouble. 2 or 3 OX

- after work on weekend, he took company car to take his girlfriend out for the night and returned the company car at midnight. He was caught that night when I returned a car at the office a bit later with a relative. He was getting out of a charger with girlfriend and got into his G6.

- source some contracts he writes DURING THE DAY to Afterhours so he gets credits for afterhours. SCAM! INTERNAL FRAUD!

- T&E his cell phone bills to C214 and claimed the cell phone was not working.

- Sent the CSRs to take care of all the RBC valet on a number of occasions, and very frequent occasions on the weekend, where he went to do personal matters, on working time. FOR LONG HOURS.
