THEY ARE WATCHING U !! yes we should shoulder everything off to c214 b/c u are one of the biggest branches and TREATING UR BRANCH like its urs meaning filling ur cars with the gas card.yarmo does it all the time. taking all retail clients that take cdw for urself and giving insurance clients to others like M.L. does that nasty thing.check M.L.'s CDW stats and u will find she is in the 70''s !!! also check how many insurance tickets she wrote compared to others and u will find a BIG SURPRISE!!! HOW CAN AN ASST. MANAGER TAKE CDW STATS AWAY FROM HER MA's WHO ARE TRYING TO GET PROMOTED. yeah M.L. did have a panic attack at C216 when she got promotion from C214. J.M. had to come and calm her down because she never ran the front before. What can you say M.L. is a super star she got promotion from MA to AM in less than a week. J.M. should have realized that employees should get experience at running the front before they get an AM spot. M.L. is hard working but LISA was better. dont say rude things about M.L. she is just trying to make a living with $950/ 2 weeks.

THIS IS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE


I have read many posts about C214 and I wondered why Jason Anslow hasn't taken any steps forward to ensure that certain standards and ethics are being followed. First off, Mike Yarmo has stolen from the branch more times than he has jerked himself off to Lisa B(who has given me information on the shadyness of C214) who quit not too long ago. Secondly, Mr. Anslow is aware of some shady things Mike Yarmo has done but can't and won't do anything because why? Here is why, Mr. Yarmo knows TOO MUCH ABOUT Mr. Anslow, meaning they both cover each others asses. Wow, big surprise, that is why Mr. Anslow let Mr. Yarmo use his employee number on weekends. Mr. Anslow didn't want to lose a guy who knew too much about him quit because he was an M.A. So of course Mr. Anslow agreed to "lend" his employee number and Mike Yarmo's CDW stat's went up, even hitting mid-70%. So by letting Mr. Anslow and the CSR's take many of his CDW hits he became ASS. Manager. You don't have to work hard to get promoted, work smart, find out the scams and make an offer with ur branch manager. So here is Amer Z working his ass off selling CDW the ethical way and here is a scum bag Mr. Yarmo looking like a super star. Mr. Anslow has to get thicker eye glasses and realize he is hurting employees such as Amer Z. But who cares about Amer Z, keeping Mr. Yarmo's mouth silent is worth more to Mr. Anslow. More to come...this is considered the boring facts, the good one's are yet to come...

As many of you already know, afterhours A.M's do not make an impressive salary. They really look forward for their commission checks at the end of the month. After talking to a former afterhours manager I confirmed that A.M's commission depends on how well the afterhours program does. In order to get credit the afterhours team must source all afterhours deals correctly so Mike Yarmo gets his commission up, meaning "Afterhours on RALPH" Mike Yarmo had a great idea one day,"Why not source some deals afterhours that arn't considered afterhours so I can get credit for these deals." This scam has been confirmed and is a fact. This is why Mr.Yarmo loves to work in the day time so he can pull this off. Then Mr.Yarmo came up with another great idea. "Why not call RETAIL and other customers that have a reservation for Monday and tell them to come in today on Sunday and tell them I will start charges Monday morning so I can get AFTERHOURS CREDIT, meaning higher commission checks for me" This has been seen and confirmed numerous times but Mr.Anslow again should invest in some eye glasses. To top it all off Mr. Yarmo makes sure that these customers are aware that " it will be very busy tomorrow and a car may not be available for you but I want to make sure you have a car Mr. So and So...no worries I will start charges the next day for you and you wont pay that extra day" Then when they call the branch and ask to return the car on Sunday someone says "Sorry sir but we are closed on Sunday" Then the customer gets all mad and returns the car the following day and Mr.Yarmo says, "I'm very sorry about that sir but if you receive a call please say you are completely satisfied and I will take off a day or two for you" Hence, the 3 month rolling average of HIGH 80's AND 91% ESQi!!! There are other reasons for the high ESQi but i'll post those soon...

I am not a bitch but I would like to type something. When Adrian Fallow used to work at C214 with Steve Cabral and Jason Kakish he would tell me how much fun it was everyday. He would insist that C214 was the best branch to work for because all the employees respected eachother and helped eachother out. They worked as a team and were "ethical." Jason Anslow used to show off his commission checks all the time because he made very good coin, over $5000 for good months and regular checks close to $2000. Now Jason Anslow doesn't have a commission check to show off, he is doing very poorly. I have a friend who works for Lyons and he mentions how they usually use other rental places because they don't respect Jason Anslow, because they know about how he calls them donkeys for not paying bad debt. With the nice weather during the winter season and bodyshops looking elsewhere Jason Anslow has been making only salary, $900-950/2 weeks!!! So I wouldn't be surprised if he was bending the rules too far and training his clowns to do the same. I even chatted to that Yarmo dude and he says that Anslow doesnt know what he is doing and I'm running the show now-a-days. I hope Jason realizes that he is going to lose his top employees soon if he doesn't change the attitude of his branch. No person would want to be a part of a team who doesn't respect eachother. There is a huge difference in the happiness level at C214 since the Fallow and Cabral days and that is why employees don't care what they do anymore, they steal gas, they take cars for free, they steal money off deposits and Jason just writes it off, they even steal from eachother I heard! THEY STEAL FROM EACHOTHER!!! What is going on here? Is Jason Anslow on probation for $1000 missing? Why would someone steal $1000? It's possible that since employees are taught to steal and be shady they went for the jackpot and picked the right day to do it because they don't care and don't respect Jason Anslow and the crew. I hope Jason Anslow reads this thread and fixes his attitude before its too late. Jason Anslow is on probation because his employees don't care what happens to him just like he doesn't care about how they feel. J.A. should be fired but the rest of the clowns should be trained properly. Where is the love C214?
