| Rumour has it Costigan is pulling his hair out now and looking to transfer out of that shithole...after realizing that there is no support from CD, no employees for Best of the Worst, and months of below 80% ESQI scores, ridiculous ox's and no op! Good luck getting promoted out of that place! |

| The so called FLAG-SHIP has sunk at C201, and everyone that cares about their future at ERAC is trying to jump ship. I heard E.H and M.G have all already transfered to other branches cause they know if they stay they will continue to recieve low paychecks, and definitly will not get promoted. The thing that is ironic, is how 7months ago C201 was considered the place to be b/c they hit 86% ESQI, you had ppl saying C201 had turned the corner, and was about to do special things, you had ppl talking shit about M.B, who I got to say is one of the hardest working Managers at ERAC that I have ever seen. However, ppl gave all the credit to Asif, and Heather for making the big changes. With that some of the managers got a bit too confident and EGOs started to form. The problem that occur at c201, was that someone thought it would be wise to transfer all the old faithfull workers, and bring in fresh new faces, but the plan has proven to be c201 downfall. I don’t know what came over costigan to let Dru go, he was the guy the kept things together. Moreover, after transfering more than 10 employees they brought in employees that did not know what they were getting themselves into, and did not realized how busy the airport was. Plus without having anyone to help train these new employees, C201 was doomed. Currently C201 is underachieving, income under $1000 for the biggest branch in canada is ridiculous and Oxs costs are out of this world. They need to bring in a manager that knows what he is doing, and knows how to run an effiecent operation, there also needs to be a real plan in place that will intergrate the new employees, cause the best of the best shit is crap, and does not work. Costigan also needs to ask himself, what they hell does heather do, she came in to help increase ESQIm there have been no results. There needs to be big changes. |

| Well said, but the problem is that C2 top management is too slow to say the least on the top half of their body. So you as soon as possible will turn into a year or two and Asif and Costigan will be made scapegoats just like MB. Overall C2 is growing; the day it will start to go down which might happen as the rates are all time low and the compitition is fighting harder than TP thought that they would, GC and AH will be kicked out, they both should tranfer out now that it is still relatively good. i hope HR who is a racist should be fired but knowing ERAC i know it will be the other way i.e. /CG and AH out and HR in. Good job spotting the talent! |

| C201 well what can i say.. they got the of the best 2 employees AH and BT.. However the guy who was so pose to come to be the new assisant decided scew this i dont do weekends... The best thing that ever happend was MG and EH leaving- MG whos wife/gf was has been pregnant for about 13 months now, who has a house in every state who has so much money from the stalks, who also drives a tahoe and MDX, who has many basketball scolar ships - COMPULSIVE LIAR! Poor Greg Great guy too bad CD doesnt give him any suppot at all - best area manager in all C2. SO, they recurited all new people best of the worst- these guys are all counte dougers NM, SF, SS, EL, HORRIBLE customers dont come in from the back. This is the best of the best? this reperesents C201 a bunch of dumb ass counter dodgers.. see tom what you have invested in.. keep paying them the 300 for being like this... give them the appts and the car bonus.. for this ... lets finish with EH- phyco bitchhhhhh... you would think when she was wokign at c201 she was really workign for SM aera.. emailing him all the time, asking him first for cars, helping him out when we were in touble when we could not lose.. all the crying and BS we would hear about on why she never got promoted to all her 6 interviews she wonders why..? 1st off you dont work and we all know that 2nd off u didnt sleep with them.. 3rd off u couldnt handle the stress - you would shake and get nevrous can we say spastic.? ps stupid move firing EA - he did all the work for those who lacked... yes on to 90 guys.! oh ya and 1000 on rent with no vans suvs or wait nothing.... |

| i've worked there and have worked with EH. True it does get crazy at times...but not as crazy at EH gets. Simple problems she couldn't even solve. She'd just basically say "deal with it" and go back to texting/emailing god knows who. only good thing about her was her rack...she had a nice one. |

| I walked into C201 last week to grab my car that was droped there. Sitting back there was thier one and only ast. mgr. SS doing nothing at all. Funny thing is, is that they had a line up. the phone was ringing and she was talking about how much work she does and how lil everyone else does. I did not know our dress code was to look like a hooker on the street! She was wearing a tight low cut dress and striper heals. I have heard from others at the branch that she sits in the back her whole shift and shys away from the customers. When they say she deals with customers she acts very childish and brings down evryone one around her. this explains their 62% esqi I would say! I know C201 is going through a hardship.. with having 1 assistant and all however she really needs to pull up her socks not her skirt and improve this or else she will result into no promotions and same with those around. Also, when i came in i noticed HR sitting in her office not helping out with the branch, i mean what does she possibly do.? She is the customer service supervisor - her job is so pose to raise esqi and this is the end result.. all she worries about is her self, and being the enterprise superstar, she gets her bitch CSRs to do all her dirty work while she sits in her high up office doing f- all... i dont undertsand why her job got created ,.. nice one .. |
