Maybe at this point it is just enough to have our sign on the highway in proximity to the Airport so that we have some presence among the other car rental companies. Horrible staffing issues, rotten retention, ridiculously impossible means to get the customer to the rental office from where they land at the airport, indifferent management, low morale, DX's and OX's galore, crap ESQI, and not one person willing to fix things as they should be . Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Maybe because it isn't anything of great significance to C2 in examining the bottom line? If any one steps up to the plate to run the place MAKE SURE you get in writing what your specific requirements are in terms of what you will do and what you will get in return including but not limited to: financial compensation, staffing support and deadlines. Otherwise you will join the ranks of others who have been hosed badly and had to leave Enterprise under very discouraging and embittered circumstances. |

| I applaud your concern, but it's all been said before. Even in this forum I believe. Read earlier posts. Always has been, always will be the same. It was the same thing 5 years ago. Quote:

Again, I applaud your concern, but EVERY SINGLE ONE of your concerns have been raised time and time again for at least the past 5 years. If you seriously care about the company, you'll quit like hundreds of other employees have over the past few years. If everyone quits, there is no company or C201 to worry about. I think ERAC will only realize their shortcomings when they reach the lows of Britney Spears. |

| at least JR's better than HR. Hated that retard. She should have just stayed at head office training all the new poor saps. The joke is the new assistant manager aaron. Been there less than 2 weeks and he already thinks he owns the place |

| Yeah. How long will that last? |

| This place is going down the tubes but with people like SS "running the show" that can't be too big of a surprise. Seems like everyone is just waiting to get out of there. Employees are fighting amongst each other and are starting to hate one another. Sounds like a great place to work. Funny thing management will probably be congratulated because 01 is doing better when it comes to money. I guess thats the biggest job of management but should still be a fun place to work. Try spending a 10hr shift with a bunch of clowns who just like to pass the blame around and get their undies in a knot over simple problems. Fuck 'em! |

| This thread is hilarious and partially true. Most of ya'll bitching don't really know what the airport has to work with. How is C201 these days? Since GC, AH, HR left... ESQI is now 78 The ABRMS BRMS AR are getting more money in their pockets Things seem to be running more smoothly BUT The number of disgruntled employees who have no say whatsoever in what goes on in the branch has risen Scheduling is fucked The space between management and employees is LARGE No sitting. No eating. No standing behind glass. If a customer is rude to you...oh you MUST have done something...lets give them 50% off. No one is trusted to do anything, everything must be double checked Favouritism is HUGE Quite a few of the management group have their hands tied behind their backs, all they have become are QBs Branch lunches are pretty much forbidden Basically you feel like you are back in school. As far as why our ESQI was so low back then? No cars on weekends. No employees on weekends. hence LONG line ups, employees who havent eaten for 10 hrs etc etc Thats how C201 is these days. |

| Coming from someone who lived the grit & grime of C201 for a short time, it's not as bad as some of the posts I've seen. Yes, the hours suck, the customers suck even more ass, and it's ridiculous that management has to bend all the way over and say "do you want me to take it up the ass with or without lube, sir?" just to make them happy...but it's not always the employee's fault. That's what it takes to make them happy, so be it. That's what it is to be in this game. It sucks, but it is what it is....impress me, find THE perfect company where everyone is happy, everyone makes money, and nobody fights with anyone. Hidden acronyms aside, management over there has its ups and downs, but overall is a stable ship. Money is made, and there is a consistent customer satisfaction. When I had my tenure there, I admit, there were some questionable MT's/MA's; but who cares. That place is the goldmine for C2! Management wise, you make money there; as an MT/MA, YOU MAKE MONEY THERE! I used that place as my personal ATM run for the week, win 2 or 3 daily contests and you're set for cash. Your checks go in your account and your money grows. If you're willing to put the effort, they take care of you there...if you're going to be a lazy, uninspired douche bag who expects the fucking world handed to him on a silver platter...then I say get off your ass, stop bitching, and work for a change. All these so called "testimonials" sound like they're from people who have never worked with anyone there, nor have any significant time working there. One person says you're not allowed behind the glass, nor are you able to sit down....DUMB SHIT!!!! You were probably the douche bag that didn't do anything in the first place!! You should have gotten off (or get off, if you're still there) and work for a change. Here's a thought: UNDERSTAND YOUR JOB AND LEARN HOW TO DO IT! In conclusion: Management isn't bad as long as you're competent enough to do the job, that's all they ask. Customers there are always going to be bad, but if you're not willing to learn how to adapt, then get the fuck out. It may seem like management doesn't have your back when mad customers return, but that's because you were stupid enough not to do your job right the first time. Yes, I had a great experience at C201, I busted my ass, I taught those around me, and they rewarded me for it....period.... |
