Come to think of it, whether the dude is amazing or not, this action betrays a desperation on the part of the higher ups -- Hey let's skip the "promotion process" and get anybody who is willing to work there and make them Branch manager!

Good luck.

i hear asif was an AM somewhere in USA so i guess they figured it'd be ok to shoot him up to BM. Place still sucks and management still doesn't have a clue. Bunch of spine-less monkeys over there.

Big change happening @ C201. New people, new BRM, new attitude. It's just a matter of time now and the ESQi will go way up. NO BS.

If that is true, will those responsible for the turnaround be rewarded by current management? I doubt it. It is unlikely.

Look at these challenges solely as a learning experience and take that on to bigger and better things.

Too much abuse for way too little financial compensation.

Just ask IA, EU, and MB.

And what exactly IA, EU and MB did @ C201 again? Oh, right. NOTHING!

Maybe that's true in EU's case.

IA and MB however didn't deserve the shabby treatment they got.

I think the fact they were straightforward and spoke their mind was what rubbed managment the wrong way, and that was ultimately their undoing.

Both of them were committed and hardworking... They were not given the support they needed either in staffing or in cooperation from their respective city manager.

Asif, take note.

MB was a real business manager. He looked after the branch, employee;s and income. He wasn't a real enterprise manager that writes off everything when a customer has BS complaints. Its good MB left..enterprise was holding him back.
