| Watch. Once C201 is on site, that will be the place to be for a manager or an assistant manager. The commission cheques and ESQI should rise noticeably. (Easier access, less complications etc) For now (that is, for the next 3 years) our being located on some obscure location on Carlingview --it really sucks. Try explaining to a customer from overseas with limited English how to go to our pick up shuttle spot. Better yet, try doing that while maintaining your composure with a room full of 40 disgruntled customers waiting for their car with only two ticket writers ready to comply. (And you have one hyundai accent and a dodge pickup truck in the bay) Complete Career Killer. Hassle City. Customer Frustration Guaranteed. Ask any former Branch Manager or Area Manager or MA or MT. |

| Problem is, even when C201 goes on-site, ESQi will still remain a challenge with the majority of flights going through Terminal 1. After de-boarding the plane and collecting their luggage, customers still have a 10 minute walk through a maze of corridors and poor signage to the basement of T1. Hertz, Avis and others complain of this right now, however they aren't dependant on an ESQi for promotion or bonuses. The ESQi will improve somewhat, but the main benefit will be to fleet growth and income. Another problem they'll incur is having to hire a dozen new drivers just to shuttle vehicles between the terminals and current location on Carlingview for cleaning. Given C2 personnel problems, you know they'll end up getting stuck and either having to rent out a dirty car or shuttle the customers back to Carlingview. And no doubt ERAC will have one of the worst spots in the parking garage with the best spots going to Hertz/AVIS/Budget. Even once in the garage customers will have to hike it 100 yards. Almost 99% of the time, competitors at the airport have fully-loaded brand new vehicles with less than 30k. Their CCAR is a Cobalt. How embarrassing as you put your customer into a dirty 70k Hyundai Accent with scratches and dings all over. And ERAC has stats that show a correlation between vehicle mileage and ESQi. If there is one thing ERAC's competitors do know, it's airport business. ERAC looks like amateurs by comparison - you'll see. |

You have to admit though that these would be challenges that are less daunting than the current set up we have. |

| Dude... 70k kms Accent? This was probably when YOU used to work there... Nothing with more than 30k kms gets there anymore. Ask anyone. |
