When you work, don't people ask you about your hours? Have you had people ask you why you are doing this to yourself? Have you had job offers because people recognize your abilities? Former ERACER's please speake out, and state your opinion....

Probably the same guy who posted this on the other thread :

Buy back was set by GM and Ford because THEY asked for it! That was the way these 2 manufacturers could still put cars out. Just like Mitsubishi did a while ago. And guess what? The BUY BACK is a great move, since the used car market is not as hot as it was last year and because it was FORD and GM who offered this option to sell more cars we had the chance to get a great deal, making grounds for a better flip this year than FY'06. How about that?

And more... Flip is just PART of our business... we are focusing in OP (2 months in a roll now), so old school managers like you who never had to work hard in their lives to collect a 60K/year paycheque, don't even know how to do it and what it means.

TP is distant indeed, but he is not stupid.

So who do you guys think it is that keeps writing these posts to defend Enterprise? Is that someone from Admin? Is someone delegated to surf and monitor this site?

How about someone who works hard, had been promoted and also had the chance to work for other companies before joining ECARS and knows that it is NOT the worse place to work, actually is very much alike the majority of any Fortune 500 company.

Most real companies require 1 year on the job before you get your vacation...it's the anniversary system. Besides, if they gave it after 6 months or whatever, we'd all take it right away.

YES MORON! THE MAJORITY OF FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES DON'T GIVE VACATION TIME TO FIRST YEAR EMPLOYEES! And 50 hours/week is the FIRST thing they tell you before being hired. So go cry your river somewhere else...
