Perhaps the incredibly low pay, back stabbing insincere self centered management, abusive cheap ass customers, long unfruitful-lunch-deprived work weeks, vague and transitory promotion criteria, dishonest and slimy business practices, and creepy cult like 1950's dress code might have something to do with it.

I am surprised we are not up on that list, HR practically forces everyone to submit their replies!!!

I received a survey last year and I was at odds. I despised the company and the way they treated their employees, but for the sake of a future job, it'd be nice to say Enterprise is one of the top 50 companies to work for.
Needless to say, I didn't send it in, which in a way was sticking it to the company, because in order to qualify for the distinction, a certain number of surveys must be submitted. I'd like to believe that by not being awarded the honour this year that Enterprise would take an honest look at employee concerns...but who am I kidding!? After all, it's about getting the "numbers" at ANY cost. Actions speak louder than words. Lying and cheating is and always will be the Enterprise way - integrity and honesty, not a chance!

I'm not in C2, and really don't care where ERAC finished, thought you might like to know. I personally found it funny that it did not finish in the top 50.
