Default C2 Retention Report March 05

TO ALL OF THOSE INTERESTED IN C2,
THIS IS C2'S ROLLING 12 MONTH RETENTION ANALYSIS.

IT IS THE MOST CURRENT REPORT BY AREA.
C2'S IN TROUBLE. IT'S TURNING OVER LIKE MCDONALD'S.

Jodi - 40.51%
Cam - 38.79%
Kevin - 56.09%
Chris - 37.79%
Jonathan - 49.01%
Dimitri - 69.16%
Jan - 53.43%
Trevor - 85.94%
George - 84.55%
Greg - 58.71%
Miguel - 66.08%
Alex - 82.44%
Rebecca - 66.19%
Grant - 47.64%
Steve - 50.78%
Brad - 68.15%
=============
MM - 69.42%
BE - 49.59%

TP C2 Group Total - 64.01%
************************

I have my ears to the ground. I know these numbers are still on the decline. I know at least a dozen Level 2 employees ready to leave ERAC at a moment's notice.

Vinnie, Tom, Marty & Brad: We know you are reading this (if not, then you guys are beyond incompetent.) For the sake of your employees, and for yourselves, DO SOMETHING! This idiotic business model will not last you forever. Regionalization is a dream if the only thing you worry about all day is "how tight the group is running." TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. LISTEN TO THEIR WAILING COMPLAINTS.

I'm one of your best. I won't be staying for more than 3 months; promotion or not. I need a job that treats its employees with more dignity and respect.

cheers,
X

This report seems accurate; my question to you is how does Rebecca have a 66% retention rating? She has only been at the airport for about 4 months and none of her employees have quit; just a quick FYI. As for BE, MM, TP, and VW..this person is correct. Try listening to your people and see what they have to say; TP, you are a pretty good speaker and you know your numbers- it seems that is all you really care about; you plan to run 7000 cars with a couple of monkeys and chimplanzees at the helm? Don't get me wrong, you currently have about 3/4 of your management team that can be compared to the above but that is not the point. LISTEN TO YOUR PEOPLE C2 BRASS; PAY THEM MORE; TREAT THEM LIKE PEOPLE; PRAISE THEM FOR THEIR EFFORTS; CORRECT THEM WHEN THEY ARE WRONG.

Finally someone has cut thorugh the bullshit and told it like it is. I left 4 months ago and my exit interview consisted of a 2 minute phone call that I initiated to vent to VW why I was leaving. All he said is that "I'm sorry you feel that way...but good luck in the future". I did have an actual interview set up but when I arrived, VW was in an "important H/R" meeting and could not see me. So I left and went home..I waited 3 days to see if I would get a phone call...but it never came. I think that TP, MM, BE, AND VW--should be fired for being incompetant and running what was 6 years ago the "crown jewel" in Ontario..into the ground. All the top brass in C2 care about is getting to 7,000 on rent...but they have lost sight of how they will get there, if all of there experienced managers leave and find higher paying jobs with better hours and more recognition, C2 will be lucky to hit 2,000 on rent. I personally know of at least 50-75 m/t's that are less than 1 year in that are looking to leave for greener pastures. And not to mention all of the A/M's and M/A's that are unhappy....I thought that JL was the worst thing to happen to C2...clearly it is TP.....have fun on Monday morning folks

I think it's safe to say there are going to be some fireworks in Ontario on Monday morning. Let us know how it goes...

Default C1 in the house!!

Sounds like C1 six months ago. The talent pool is now tapped. Managers, do the math: 70 hr work weeks / 55k p year = $15/hr. I can make more flipping burgers. Glad to see some C2 friends are smelling the coffee, like we have been for months. See you down south in Orlando! I'm handing in my notice after.

55K per year? That's a goldmine compared to C2. When I left after 4 years and as a top BM, old Vinnie Wong said I was top 3 highest paid BMs in C2.....at 46K! What a shit company.

What happened? Did the flip gold mine that Canada was enjoying a couple of years back dry up? All the "talent" got promoted, transfered etc. Then the new guys get left with the crap... and they suck of course. This truly is the ERAC way. Man I miss it. NOT
