Some advice for all you Natasha bashers. This company is full of people just like all of you, NEWS FLASH we all think that we are the best employee in the company. Get use to this.

The last C2 controller was a bafoon, at least NH can read, write and add.
Lay off beating on NH and start making something of your miserable lives... there is more to life than bitchin and moanin about NH.

It is not her fault you all suck so bad... all the good people in C2 are in rental, where the promotions and paychecks happen.

Accountants and Admin staff are support teams not revenue generators.

Well half of the accountants in there were hired by, yes, none other than Natasha herself. If they all suck in there it is only because of her. Do you not lead by example, and really what kind of example is she? She may be better than the last controller in regards to her knowledge with Enterprise but plain and simple there has never been so much turnover like now. At least the last controller knew and cared about his people. He was a motivator and delivered things when promised. She's the bafoon!
News Flash it was never up for debate whether accountants and admin staff are revenue generators! you're right all the good people are in rental, of course they are! You are the ones making the money for Tom and that is all he cares about and so he should! BUT it is up to Natasha to take care of the rest that are left, that is her job!
Support your people and if you cant do that Natasha, atleast support your supervisors. It just may, one day, earn you a little respect!

You are wrong about level III's. There are some that are good to their people and good for that company. The sad part is they are dropping like flies too!

Gee i did not know the accountants are not the revenue generators at enterprise! what a work of a smart person to discover this!!!! you must be DAwn!

Common sense question then,,,, why keep them there,, why not get rid of them and save their paychecks also!!!!

And please tell me seriously that you do not beleive the big paychecks are in rental!!!!! the following are the numbers that i know about:

AM = MAX 4% (you will find more AMs making under 38K then over it)
Bm = MAX 7% (you will find more BM's making under 42 then over it)
ARM = MAX 5% (Note sure about this one) (you will find more ARM making uner 55K then over it)
Department heads = .33 to .9% (you will find most making under 70K)
GRM = MAX ? (who cares)
GM = MAX 10% (who cares)
Controller = MAX 3% (who cares)
Last fact = most employees under 30 than over it and please dont give me the BS that they retired because they made shit load of money!

NEws flash,,, Bachelor's degree with some experience is going for 60K in the market,,, WTF are these guys doing here!!!!!! The problem is following:

1 - They all have become so dumb working for C2 that their worth has gone down big time
2 - what people dont get is that Enterprise was voted to be one of the best to START the career's,,, not to end with it

working in a branch as a BM everybody shares their paystubs,, and i can tell you that the above are actually infalted numbers,,, this year is better than last year but still not as good of salaries and commissions as mentioned above. Sad but true
